This database contains those full text decisions of the Family Court of Western Australia, from 2007 onwards, selected by the Family Court of Western Australia as suitable for publication because of their value as legal precedents. Decisions may be anonymised by the Family Court of Western Australia. Further information on these matters may be obtained from the Family Court of Western Australia.

These decisions are provided to the Law Library at the Supreme Court for inclusion in this database by the Family Court of Western Australia. They are published with the intention that they be used by persons engaged in the legal profession.
