Family Court Decisions
The Legal Practice Board of WA (the Board) has the authority of the Family Court of Western Australia to make the Family Court of Western Australia decisions database available for use by the legal profession.
The Family Court Decisions database contains selected decisions from 2007 to present.

Accessible over the internet by means of a secure password system, decisions and summaries are linked to full text documents which can be printed out in PDF, using Adobe Acrobat.
Individual subscriptions are available through the Law Library at the Supreme Court, subject to the Board’s usual terms of use. Subscriptions run for the financial year and the costs are:
